I am Marc. I work with founders, business owners, investors and private individuals to connect those questions. We can follow an unexpected idea, challenge a familiar assumption and look at the business and the person behind it together. I bring an entrepreneurial perspective and the local understanding of someone who has lived most of his life here.

Working together over time
Usually we find a rhythm around a weekly coffee or conversation, with about an hour together as a starting point. I get to know you, your life, your business and what matters around it, so our conversations can go deeper as things unfold.
£2,000 a month is a guide. We agree the involvement and fee together, with flexibility around travel, availability and changing needs. You can cancel any time; larger pieces of work are agreed separately.

When a connection could help, I consider who might be a good fit and ask both sides before making an introduction. The point is a useful connection, not collecting contacts.

When an introduction might fit
You may be speaking with someone whose household questions remain unresolved before accepting a role, whose accompanying partner has plans of their own, or who is finding arrival harder than expected. A founder may be trying to hold life and business choices together. An optional conversation with me can give those questions room.

If a paid arrangement is useful
The paid relationship is private, complementary to Locate Guernsey, qualified advisers and relocation professionals. It does not replace their work. A focused Magic Wand Session is £1,000 for 90 minutes. For ongoing work, £2,000 a month is a guide, often around a weekly coffee, with the rhythm and involvement agreed together. An employer or business can fund either.
Ask the person first
Please check the person would welcome it before passing on their details, or simply share the note below so they can decide. They choose whether to engage, and an introduction creates no obligation.
Their conversation stays private
Payment gives no access to private conversations. Any reporting or communication with a payer is explicitly agreed with the client beforehand.
